I loved that it was clean and gorgeous, the staff were professional and rooms were brand-new. Its location was central, 900 feet from Dolphinaris Barcelo.

Chilled-out base for celebrating anniversary in Xpu Ha. Thanks to the helpful staff everything was very good, including lots ofoutstanding food.

i was there for 7 nights and ate at a la carte restaurant with air conditioning. the pool bar was fantastic and the drinks were carbonated. the staff were attentive and competent, they offered a very good service.

For a 5 star hotel everything was amazing, I liked to be here. The staff was willing to help and made sure that I had really nice stay.

Our premium room was beautiful and attractive with exceptionally comfortable beds. Exceptional service, elegant staff, the breakfast was astonishing. We were in a hurry and didn't try the pool, even so it was amazing...

The hotel was clean, everything was nice. The rooms were bright and well-appointed, with the wooden bed. There was good a la carte restaurant with simple meals.

This adults only hotel offers lots of newly decorated rooms. The venue's central location is a great place for vacations in Xpu Ha. The a la carte restaurant is nice, serves wonderful dishes.

Good value compared to other properties, and neat. I loved this affordable hotel in the middle of the city. The staff was funny and the building was stylish. Individual rooms with complimentary Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV and large windows. The service was amazing and the food was fresh.

Staff were attractive and also we loved our stay. The venue was within walking distance of Xpu Ha downtown. Moreover, the area was fantastic.

It's very fancy hotel, liked it, but the view is not so good. The staff were ready to help whole time. Location just off ruins, the best beaches between Playa del Carmen, both Tulum.

Impeccable and impeccable rooms with perfect views, decent food, lovely staff. There were flat-screen TV and large windows in the room, loved that. Near a good beach🙂👍

We loved a marvelous location, luxurious rooms and amazingly attentive staff. Pleasant view of sea. Amazing interior, excellent restaurant. Had access to its wifi, it was reliable.

We had 5 sunny days here, would recomand the place. Our room was absolutely perfect and great with two beds. Beautiful garden outside.

Everything was exceptional - a really lovely room and a good hot breakfast. Particularly good staff, they was willing to help. Very beautiful location, the area was local. We loved the Mexican cuisine in the restaurant. Picture perfect hotel with attentive service.

Luxurious stay, as always. There's clean pool and good parking. It is in enjoyable location to chikin, set right by the hotel. Need to remember that it's minutes from downtown.

It was a very good stay, brilliant place. Restaurant was unique and clean enough. Room had a such huge bathroom that we loved. The beach bar in the hotel had variety of mixed martini and juices throughout the day.

Responsive staff, relatively good breakfast, incredibly beautiful view. All in all it's pretty clean place, they have very comfortable beds.

Great hotel, just 5 stars. The view from the terrace. The management was doing a nice job. Breakfast was served in the restaurant.

Would happily return when in Xpu Ha, we didn't feel like leaving. Amazing food plus really best staff. Delicious cuisine.

we came to xpu ha for honeymoon, no reason to complain for this hotel. bed was comfortable.
